The High Road, Inc. will serve the Military Veteran Community through the Veterans Social Center, as well as be an advocate for ALL undervalued and underrepresented people. We offer training and education to businesses, organizations and community groups on how to better align, assist, partner and serve underrepresented and marginalized populations.
We’re empowered to raise and receive money to grow and expand, and will contribute the funds raised to accomplish all things necessary to carry out the organizational purpose. The High Road, Inc. shall be operated solely for charitable, improvement and development purposes and for the furthering and improvement of the populations and communities they serve.
We are proud members of the Rowan County and Charlotte Black Chamber of Commerce's, which allows us to develop partnerships with other businesses, industry and community leaders. We work closely with the Salisbury Veterans Administration Medical Center, the Welcome Home Veterans Living Military Museum at Richard's Coffee Shop in Mooresville, as well as with all other local American Legion and VFW organizations. Our purpose is to not duplicate existing services or compete with established entities, but to complement those and offer an alternative.
There is no membership fee requirement or annual dues to use the Veterans Social Center nor is there a charge for our advocacy services.
